    Problem: When navigating the KCMS Knowledgebase on a PC or laptop computer, the top menu appears blank. 

    Cause: When the web browser window is too small horizontally, the view changes to accomodate mobile devices.

    Solution: To restore the top menu to normal view, simply enlarge the size of your browser window horizontally, you can either maximize it using the maximize button or use your cursor to grab and drag the edge or the browser window. 

    Note: Once restored, the top menu should appear as shown below.
