1. Summary

    Intended Audience: Customer IT Personnel
Neopost will release new IPs, used for Mailing System communications, on the night of June 24th, 2016. This means the URIs will resolve to these new IP addresses. Provide the information below to any customer’s IT resource that requires network exceptions for our IS/IM/IN Mailing Systems to connect through their LAN network.

  3. Additional Information

Neopost will release new IPs, used for Mailing System communications, on June 24th, 2016. This means the URIs will resolve to these new IP addresses.

If your Firewall or Web filtering appliance has restrictions based on IPs please add these to the Whitelist and/or exceptions list. Furthermore, create any rules for allowing traffic to these sites that are necessary.

    Notes:
    - The new IPs are ‘Pingable’ (a Ping can be performed), however, we recommend using telnet on 443 to verify the connection.
    - There are many network appliances that have different rules so please be aware that each may treat the Mailing System communications differently and that the above allowance may have to be applied separately.
    - Any previously implemented URI permissions for us should remain in place; we are just adding new IP numbers at this time.
