   	DRA-04-003	"Serial Device Sent By Device Is Not Supported"
   	DRA-04-006	"Requested Amount Is Too High"

   	DRA-04-022	A display of DRA-04-002 indicates that the PSD (meter) has been disabled.

7. DYN (Dynamic Weighing) Codes
   	DYN-02 001	DYN-02-001 indicates that the dynamic scale was reading a false weight when a batch was started.

8. PAR (Customer Care) Codes
   	PAR-00-018	PAR-00-018 indicates that there are insufficient funds in your account for the amount you are trying to load into the mailing machine.

    	SPW-07-000	SPW-07-000 indicates that the dynamic scale software is possibly corrupted.

11. Miscellaneous Messages
    	Base Connects To Server When Powered On	The IM-IS mailing system tries to connect to the OLS server when it is powered on.
    	Connection Failed Error & LAN Connectivity Requirement	I've recently upgraded my network speed to 100Mb/s full duplex operation and now my IM, IS mailing machine will not connect to the online server and a connection failed error message is displayed.
    	Display Message - "Transaction Successful, Account Balance $x,xxx.xx"	This message appears when you complete a funds download. The value shown is the amount of money you have remaining in your account after the download. It is not the amount you have in your mailing system.
    	DS / WP Not Activating	Dynamics Scale (DS) and Weighing Platform (WP) Not Activating.
    	"Extraction Fault"	A timing issue has occurred while processing mail.
    	High Value Warning	"The Current Postage Value Is Equal To Or Exceeds The High Value Threshold"
    	IM-IS: "New Rate Table Active"	When the IM/IS mailing system is turned on or wakes from standby mode, the screen displays "New Rate Table Active".
    	"No Printing"	On power up, the IM-IS mailing system, the screen displays "No Printing". The message indicates that there is a issue with the PSD (meter) being recognized.
    	PSD Error "No Printing"	On power up, the IM-IS mailing system, the screen displays PSD Error "No Printing". The message indicates that there is a issue with the PSD (meter) being recognized.
    	PSD Error "No Print No Stamp"	On power up, the IM-IS mailing system, the screen displays PSD Error "No Print No Stamp". The message indicates that there is a issue with the PSD (meter) being recognized.
    	PSD Error "No Rate"	The IM-IS mailing system displays PSD Error "No Rate" on power up. Models:  IM5000, IM6000, IS-5000, IS-6000
    	PSD Error "No Stamp"	The IM-IS mailing system displays PSD Error "No Stamp"on power up.
    	Unable To Access Account	The user is unable to access an account instead the system send the user to a default account.
    	"Weighing Feature Threshold Reached"	"Weighing Feature Threshold Reached" message indicates that the maximum weighing capacity of the scale (weigh platform) has been exceeded. Example: You have placed a package on the scale (weigh platform) that is too heavy for your scale.
