    Tips for finding the information you need on the Knowledgebase.

    The Knowlegebase Home page provides different ways to find the information you need. The best way to find information is to use the Product Icons to to navigate to the appropriate HelpDesk Pages.

    Most product HelpDesk pages have a Site Map you can use to locate specific information topics.

    Example:

    In this example, we will locate the Operating Guide for the DS-200/PS200 folder inserter
    which is a Document System.

    Step 1
     
    Click the "Document Systems" icon. 
    Search Tips 
    Clicking the Document Systems icon brings us to a page showing icons for all of the Document Systems.

    Step 2
    Click the "DS-200/PS200" icon. 
    Search Tips 
    Clicking the DS-200/PS200 icon brings you to the DS-200/PS200 HelpDesk page.

    Step 3
    Click the "Manuals and Documents" icon.

  2. Step 4
    Select "DS-200 Operating Guide" from the list.

  3. Most product HelpDesk pages have a Site Map you can use to locate specific information topics.

    To look up the meanings of error codes or error messages, click on the "Display Messages" icon located on your product's HelpDesk page.
    Information on messages displayed by the unit.


  4. You can also find information by
    using the Menu Bar located at the
    top of the screen.  

    The Menu Bar has a link to the 
    What's New page where you can 
    find information that has been recently added or updated.

     
  5. The Search Field allows you to find your product's HelpDesk page by typing in the model name of your product, followed by the word "helpdesk" and clicking "Search".
  6. The Quicklinks Menu provides links to commonly requested information found on the Neopost Inc. Website.
